What is the best health insurance for families in Switzerland?

Really depends on what you and your family needs.

In general, all health insurances have to provide the same services required by law. 
However, there are various insurance companies and models e.g. Telmed (cheaper, but you call first a hotline) with different services and thus quite depending on your preferences.

Tip: You can optimise your premiums by increasing the deductibles (your own share of wallet) and agreeing to restrict your choice of doctor or hospital depending on which insurance company, you choose.
