I was recently rejected for a loan although my ZEK was clean. Apparently the lender makes use of unofficial credit bureaus. How can I get a copy of my credit history at these private bureaus to find out what information or misinformation they have collected about me?

In Switzerland, credit bureaus are required to provide you with a copy of your credit history upon request. You should receive your credit history by mail within 30 days. Typically, your credit history is provided free of charge.
