A seriously delinquent payer owes me a huge amount of money. The problem is that this person is currently incarcerated. How do I go about collecting the debt in this case?
Hi there,
You can file debt collection charges at the debt collection office of the municipality in which the person is registered as a resident. This will normally be the town in which they lived before they were put in prison.
