There aren't really any bona fide financial products that I know of for shorting ethereum. However, a couple of ethereum lenders (example: ETHlend) have appeared recently. You could always short the ether mannually by taking out a loan in ethereum and selling it - then hoping the price drops at which point you buy the ethereum back for the new low price and pay off the loan. Bear in mind, ethereum lending is a very new science, and I have no idea how reliable these lenders are.
