If I take my full paid maternity leave after my baby is born and then another month of unpaid maternity leave, how are my paid vacation entitlements affected? Do I still get my 20 days of paid vacation for that year?

Paid vacation entitlements are based on your salary. They are not affected by standard paid maternity leave. However, if you take unpaid maternity leave, the cut in your salary will lead to reductions in paid vacation entitlements because money is not being set aside to cover vacation entitlements during that time.
