Electroneum is a mobile-based cryptocurrency. The processing or "mining" of blockchain transactions is distributed across the mobile phones of Electroneum users. It is a proprietary cryptocurrency backed by a company based in the United Kingdom.

As with all ICO and post-ICO token investments, you should consider the investment criteria laid out in the moneyland.ch guide to ICO investment before buying the token as an investment vehicle.
