Is MobilePay P2P from Migros Bank a useful service for making small peer to peer payments? Can transactions be made to people who are not Migros Bank customers? If anyone has experience with this service it would be much appreciated.

The MobilePay P2P app from Migros Bank lets you make instant transfers of up to 1000 Swiss francs from your Migros Bank private account, your credit card or your Paypal account to other bank accounts or to Paypal account. The app can also be used to request transfers of money (up to CHF 1000) from your contacts.
