Hello,

As the title suggests, can I keep my pillar 3a account even after leaving Switzerland, then withdraw it at some point in the future while living in another country?

Yes, you can leave your pillar 3a assets in a Swiss retirement foundation if you choose to. Swiss banks generally do not charge extra non-resident account fees for pillar 3a accounts. Depending on which country you move to, leaving your assets in the Swiss pillar 3a instead of withdrawing it can also have tax advantages.
