I've heard that it is possible to get Libor swap mortgages. Does anyone have experience with this? Are Libor swap mortgages only available for high-value mortgages? What about Libor swaps for investment properties?

LIBOR-based swap mortgages are generally considered to be "advanced" mortgages. This type of mortgage is normally only recommended for the financing of larger properties - including high-value investment properties.
