How long does it take me to get the money after a loan is approved? Can I collect the cash right away?

Greetings,

In the case of loans between CHF 500 and CHF 80,000, Swiss consumer credit law stipulates a waiting period of 14 days before a loan agreement takes effect. During this waiting period, lenders can terminate the agreement if they choose to.

Swiss lenders do not pay out loans until the 2-week waiting period is complete. That means you will only receive the money 14 days after your loan application is accepted.

Additionally, it may take several days for your application to be approved. Only after approval will the 14 day waiting period begin.

Best regards from Moneyguru
