Greetings,

Almost all Swiss lenders accept loan applications from people with C residence permits (permanent residents).

Just select "Permit C" under "Residence permit" in the moneyland.ch personal loan comparison to quickly find and compare all personal loans for which you are eligible as a permanent resident.
