Many Swiss lenders offer special, lower interest rates to people who own property in Switzerland because owning property automatically increases your creditworthiness.
Lenders which offer low interest rates to homeowners include Bank-now, Cashgate and CreditGate24, among others.
Just note that if you plan to use the money to renovate your property, a mortgage will normally work out much cheaper than a personal loan.
