Is there such a thing as rental income insurance in Switzerland? I have started renting out my apartment near Zug after my employer relocated to Geneva. I have inusrance covering fires and other damage to the building, but if the tenants did cause a fire or some other hazard struck, I would obviously lose the income I get from the rental (around 2000 francs per month) during the entire rebuilding period. Can I get insurance covering the loss of rental income?

Greetings,

In Switzerland, insurance against loss of rental income is included in some buildings insurance policies, either as a component or an optional rider.
