What is the best available offer for a LIBOR mortgage in Switzerland? Which bank has the lowest interest rate for LIBOR mortgages?

You can find the interest rates of LIBOR-based mortgages from Swiss banks in the unbiased mortgage comparison on moneyland.ch.
Just select the 1-month, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month LIBOR mortgage model under "Preferred mortgage type" to view and compare current interest rates for that mortgage type.
Note that LIBOR mortgage rates are based on the going LIBOR, but a spread is added by the lender. When the LIBOR is negative, Swiss lenders use 0% as the base rate to which they add their margin.
