You can view interest rates on 10-year fixed rate mortgages from Swiss lenders and compare them using the unbiased mortgage comparison on moneyland.ch.
Select the "Fixed-rate mortgage 10 years" option under "Preferred mortgage type" to limit comparison results to 10 year FRMs.
It is worth noting that insurance companies often have more favorable long-term mortgage rates than banks.
