To find the lowest interest rates on 5-year FRMs for which you are eligible, simply select "Fixed-rate mortgage 5 years" under "Preferred mortgage type" in the moneyland.ch mortgage comparison. The comparison will limit results to 5-year fixed-rate mortgages for which you are eligible.
