Medgate telemedicine user experiences

I am thinking of moving to a telemedicine policy (it costs less than my regular one) but I have no idea of what to expect in terms of phone service. Has anyone here used Medgate telemedicine services? Are they reliable and do you get professional advice?

I'd appreciate any recommendations or warnings. Tx
