Hi there,
Misunderstandings between you and your 2a occupational pension fund can be discussed with your cantonal social security office. If questions are more complex, the occupational pension fund supervisory authorities are in a better possition to handle these. You can find contact information for all supervisory authorities here.
If your pension fund is managed by an insurance provider, you can contact the Swiss Ombudsman of Insurance (go to the website here).
