Mortage for Italian Cross-borders

Hello, 

I’m wondering which Swiss banks are willing to stipulate mortage with Italian cross-border workers.
I only see some agency or broker which promote those kind in mortages but I’m assume the conditions offered are worst compared with Banks.

Most Swiss banks only grant mortgages to customers resident in Switzerland. However, there are a few exceptions. In the case of Italy, it is best to ask banks with branches in Ticino whether there is a possibility. It should be easiest with banks that are present in both Ticino and Italy. Unfortunately, I don't know about the conditions either. Another important question might be where the house is located (in Italy or Switzerland).
