I need a cheap lease to cover a motorcycle. The lease needs to have a long term and a low residual value. The bike costs around 8000 francs. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

moneyland.ch is a comparison service and does not issue loans or leases itself.

Consider requesting quotes from multiple lease providers (like Cembra Money Bank, Bank Now, Cashgate, Multilease, etc.) to find the exact costs and conditions for which you are eligible.

You can then use the car leasing calculator to calculate the total cost of each quote and find out which is cheapest.

Leasing costs can vary based on your creditworthiness. Getting a long-term lease is not a good financial move because although monthly lease rates are lower for longer-term leases, the total cost of the lease is almost always higher.

You can find out more about car and motorcycle leasing in the moneyland guide to the costs of leasing.

As a general rule, the disadvantages of leasing mean that it is rarely a good financial move. Paying up front in cash is the cheapest option, while getting a personal loan to buy a car or motorcycle may work out cheaper than leasing.
