Hi there,
As a general rule, allowing another person to access your PIN voids any claim to compensation for fraudulent transactions - particularly those made by that person.
However, some card issuers are more lenient than others, and you can try to file a fraudulent transaction claim. The chances of the card issuer refunding a fraudulent transaction when your PIN was used are low.
