It seems there is a new debit card in Switzerland which is branded as Mastercard. Do you have any information about this card?

A debit card bearing the Mastercard brand will be launched in Switzerland by Viseca (Aduno) in the second half of 2017. Intitially, three Swiss banks will offer these debit cards: Banque Cantonale de Fribourg; Banque Cantonale du Jura (from autumn 2017); Aargauische Kantonalbank (from 2018).
The new Mastercard debit card adds to the current debit cards issued in Switzerland: Postfinance card; Maestro card (also a Mastercard product); V-Pay card (a Visa product).
A major difference between the new Mastercard debit card and the Maestro card is that the new card can be used to settle online payments. Like the Maestro card, the Mastercard debit card includes contactless technology and can be used at all terminals linked to the Mastercard payment network.
