What are Onegram tokens? Is this cryptocurrency sound? Do you expect its price to go up?

The Onegram token is a blockchain cryptocurrency which is compliant with Islamic banking because each coin is backed by one gramme of physical gold. The concept is similar to Bitgold and a few other gold-backed tokens which have appeared and, in some cases, dissapeared.

In my opinion, its compliance and marketing as an islamic-banking cryptocurrency can potentially lead to widespread adoption. But because the value of the currency is directly linked to the value of gold (1 gramme per coin), there is no room for growth outside of growth in the value of gold, so not a get-rich-quick opporunity. As with other proprietary tokens, there is a risk of tokens becoming worthless if the company which backs it fails.
