I would like to know if I can - as a fix employee in a Switzerland-based company - after one year of work, with 35K gross payment and CHF 2300 net / month, get personal loans in Switzerland?
I have a G permit, but no home in Switzerland.

Unfortunately, with most Swiss loans providers, it is not possible to get a loan with a G permit.
There are a few exceptions though - depending on your general profile and creditworthiness.
You can check with the personal loan comparison on moneyland.ch, whether you can get a Swiss loan with your individual profile.
