Good day,

I have a question abou the taxation of fund dividends and the use of the DA-1 form. I own shares in two investment funds which are headquartered in Luxembourg:

Pictet Europe Index

Pictet USA Index

Is it possible to get the tax at source levied by the foreign government reimbursed or partially reimbursed?

Can I deduct the non-refundable portion of the foreign taxes when declaring these fund shares? Where can I find the exact values?

Thank you for your help.

Maybe this information will help answer your question:

Otherwise, try contacting the federal tax administration directly and asking...
