After getting a job promotion I tried to make a large voluntary payment to my pension fund but was told that I had to repay money I had withdrawn to buy my apartment first. Is this correct?
Hi there,
As a general rule, you are required to replace money which was withdrawn from your pillar 2 occupational pension fund early (to buy a house, for example) before you can close additional gaps in your pension savings.
