Swica vs. Helsana Opinions?

Do you have customer experience with both Swica and Helsana? Please share your experiences here. How do you feel these two Swiss health insurance providers compare.

Swica for supplementary insurance. Nice lifestyle benefits and coverage for different treatments. They pay a big chunk of our dance classes. Also paid half the cost of visual training for my daughter. You have to take their basic health insurance the first year to get the supplementary ones, but I dropped the mandatory insurance for a cheaper one the next year and kept the good supplementary insurance.

Helsana has cheaper mandatory health insurance in most regions. Swica has solid extra health insurance, but they only sell it along with mandatory health insurance.
