Swica vs. Sanitas: Pros and Cons?

Have you been a customer at both Swica and Sanitas? What was your experience with these two health insurance providers? How do they compare in your opinion?

SWICA gives great bonuses with their voluntary health insurance. If you join a gym, dance class, even rock climbing and all kinds of other stuff, they pay a flat amount towards the cost. That's on top of the actual health insurance cover. Shame the premiums for their mandatory insurance are a bit high, but not necessarily higher than Sanitas.

Hi, I have been customer of both. The cost was a bit cheaper with Sanitas but then the experience is really poor. Sanitas tends to forget to refund some invoice. It is really hard to reach to them when you need information. I am going to to Swica.
