The law governing Swiss occupational pension funds specifies the minimum contributions that you and your employer must pay into your pension fund. The size of contributions goes up with age. You can find a clear breakdown in the guide to Swiss occupational pension funds.
It is important to understand, though, that many Swiss pension funds and individual pension plans use contributions that are higher than the minimum required contributions.
