I first developed problems with hip displacement when working at an office job some years ago. Now the pain in my back has gotten so bad that my doctor declared me partially disabled.

Do I claim disability benefits from my current pension fund or from the pension fund of my previous employer?

The deciding factor here is which employer you were working for at the time that you first became disabled. If you developed the disability while you were insured by a former employer's pension fund, then that employer's pension fund will normally be responsible to pay out disability benefits.
