I retired early (at 63) and just got billed by the social security office. How can I contribute towards my pension when I am already retired? Will my pension go up if I keep contributing?

In Switzerland, everybody is obligated to make social security contributions until they reach retirement age. If you retire early, you must continue to make at least the minimum contribution each year until you have reached standard retirement age. The minimum contribution charged will depend on your personal wealth.

Unfortunately, because you are already retired and your pension has already been defined, the contributions you make during your early retirement are not paid back in the way of a higher pension.
