Hello everyone.

Swisscom has been offering the Easy Point service since January 22, 2018.

- Customers can collect a router or TV decoder directly at Kiosks.
- When applying for a relevant Swisscom service online, customer can select the option of collecting the equipment themselves along with the “Easy Point” option.
- Unlike other well-known buy-and-collect services (like those offered by Zalando, Digitex, Siroop or Brack), customers do not need to enter the place and time for the collection.
- The K kiosks, Press and Books (P&B) and Avec retail outlets – all subsidiaries of Swiss retail giant Valora – are found at numerous convenient locations across the country.
- The Easy Point service is not yet available for purchases of mobile products.

My verdict on Easy Point:

This is a new and practical service. The only negative is the fact that if it is not yet available for mobile products like smartphones and SIM cards.

Here is some additional information on the Easy Point service:

- The collection service is available at 520 retail outlets. The initial participating retail outlets were selected based on available storage space.
- Swisscom customers can also collect replacement devices at K kiosks, P&B outlets and Avec stores. Customers can simply mention that they would like to collect the replacement device themselves when phoning the Swisscom customer service. The customer then receives a collection voucher by email or SMS. Customers can also deposit dysfunctional devices at the participating store when collecting their replacement device.
