Do you hold a Visana insurance policy or have you been a customer in the past? How would you describe your customer experience at this Swiss insurance provider? Please share your experiences and opinions here.
I've been a Visana customer for more than 2 years. Not the cheapest, but they have paid out claims without a lot of rigmarole. The extra outpatient policies provide good coverage for kids dental braces and they covered a fairly large claim (around 4000 francs) for that. All in all they do seem to fulfil their end of the bargain.
