Hi there,
UCITS is the abbreviated form of "Undertakings for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities". This label is given to funds which meet a set of unified standards set forth by the European Union (EU). Funds with the UCITS designation can be offered across EU member countries without having to be adjusted to meet the standards of each country.
