I’ve been a Swisscom customer for many years now. Now I’d like to find a cheaper plan, even though I like Swisscom a lot.
There is Wingo (from Swisscom). How good is the Wingo plan? The price seems very attractive.
What are the pros and cons of Wingo?

I know that there aren’t any Wingo shops where I can go for support.

I’ve seen negative comments about the Wingo plan in forums, but you can’t really believe everything on the Internet.

The main disadvantage is that Wingo doesn’t offer personal customer service in physical stores and you have to pay for phone-based customer service.

I’ve never tested the Wingo plan myself, but I’ve reviewed the T&Cs. 

There are always some unsatisfied customers, regardless of which product you look at. I’ve heard comments from Wingo customers who are very happy with Wingo.
