Good Afternoon!
I would like to withdraw my 2nd pillar pension funds to renovate my house that is my domicile in Switzerland. I want to rent part of the house after the renovation. I will still live in the other part.
Will I be allowed to finance the renovation from the pension funds given the fact that part of the house will be rented out in the future? The house will not be rented to anyone at the time of the withdrawal (only after the renovation work will be finalised).
