While a number of Raiffeisen Banks are headquartered in the Canton of Zug, the vested benefits accounts offered by these banks are managed by the Raiffeisen Freizügigkeitsstiftung which is based in St. Gallen.

After you leave Switzerland and no longer have a registered place of residence in the country, the location of the vested benefits foundation in use will determine the taxes which will be levied when you withdraw your vested benefits.
