Gibraltar Stock Exchange (GSX)

Stock Exchange

The Gibraltar Stock Exchange (GSX) is a relatively new stock market, having commenced operations in 2014. This exchange functions primarily as a marketplace for investment funds and debt securities (bonds, asset-backed securities and derivatives securities).

The GSX provides regulatory services in cooperation with its market participants and The Listing Authority of Gibraltar. It operates two exchanges: a regulated by the European Union and a self-regulated global exchange. The exchange counts more than 15 financial services providers as market participants.

The GSX also operates the Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX), an experimental exchange based on blockchain tokens.
