Indicateur immobilier BCVs – WKB Immobilienindikator

The Indicateur immobilier BCVs or WKB-Immobilienindikator is a Swiss real estate indicator published by the Banque Cantonale du Valais in collaboration with Chambre Immobilière Valais (the real estate chamber of the Canton of Valais) and daily newspaper Le Nouvelliste.

The indicator tracks developments in the real estate market of the Canton of Valais in southwestern Switzerland. The index is calculated using hedonic regression based on around 50 different factors and 20 different unique properties relating to each piece of real estate.
