An investment management agreement, also called an asset management agreement, is a wealth management contract.

An investment management agreement is not to be confused with an investment consulting agreement. This agreement must be drafted by hand, and must include the following points:

  • Investment goals or limitations
  • Method and frequency of financial reporting
