The Bolsa de Valores de Quito (BVQ) lists over 300 Ecuadorian companies and is one of Ecuador’s two stock exchanges along with the Guayaquil Stock Exchange (BVG). Around 30 financial services providers act as market participants on the BVQ. The BVQ is a self-regulating organization and a member of the Federación Iberoamericana de Bolsa (FIAB).

The performance of key companies listed on both the BVQ and the BVG is tracked by the ECU index.

Trading hours: Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ECT (UCT-5)
