The Bolsa de Valores de Guayaquil is a major stock exchange in Ecuador, founded in 1969. The exchange lists around 400 companies, many of which are medium-sized Ecuadorian enterprises.

Contracts traded on the BVG include stocks, corporate bonds, investment fund shares, and government bonds. The BVQ is a self-regulating organization and a member of the Federación Iberoamericana de Bolsa (FIAB).

The ECU index tracks combined performance of companies listed on the Guayaquil Stock Exchange (BVG) and the Quito Stock Exchange (BVQ).

Trading hours: Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ECT (UCT-5)
