General information:

Available as pillar 3a or as pillar 3b account. Pure term insurance with constant or decreasing insurance sum in case of death (optionally with waiver of premium in the event of disability).

Age:

Minimum entry age: 18 years (3a) or 13 years (3b). Maximum entry age 3a: 63 years (women) or 64 years (men). Maximum entry age 3b: 70 years (women and men). Maximum payment age 3a: 64 years (women) or 65 years (men). Maximum payment age 3b: 85 years (women and men).

Validity:

Worldwide coverage.

Exclusions:

In the case of suicide within your first 3 years as a policyholder, only the cash value of a policy is paid out. Unified Swiss life insurance guidelines governing exclusions during military service and war apply.

Premiums and discounts:

The premium agreed upon conclusion of the contract is guaranteed for the entire duration of the contract. Individual discounts are possible.

Profit participation:

Possible dividends can be applied to premiums.

Death benefit amount:

Constant and decreasing sums insured possible. Amount of insurance sum freely selectable, but at least 10,000 francs. From 10 million francs on request.

Term:

1 year to 50 years.

Waiver of premium:

If you become disabled, your premiums are waived following a waiting period. Premiums may be fully or partially waived depending on the disability level.

Beneficiaries:

3a policy beneficiaries may include a spouse, registered partner, direct descendant, parent, sibling or other legal heir. 3b policy offers free choice of beneficiary.
