Choice of legal representation:

Choice of legal representation: the insurance company has the right to reject a lawyer proposed by the insured person. The insured person may then propose three lawyers from different law firms in the relevant jurisdiction, from which the insurance company can select the lawyer to be appointed.

Termination of contract:

Both parties can terminate the contract: at the latest 3 months before the end of the contract or insurance year. After every insured event for which a claim is payable.

Contract duration:

Minimum contract duration: 3 years. The contract will automatically renew for another year unless termination notice is given 3 months in advance.
The cancellation can also expressly relate to only part of the contract (for example, a module).

Waiting period:

No waiting period. The insurance coverage will be granted after the commencement of the insurance.

No minimum amount in dispute.

Motor legal protection (comments):

Exclusions (examples): If the driver was not authorized to drive the vehicle. When acquiring or re-acquiring a driver’s license. Disputes that involve drugs or alcohol are only not covered in repeated cases.
