General
Worldwide coverage. No annual policy offered.
Within the scope of individual insurance: the policyholder. Within the scope of household insurance: the policyholder and those persons who live permanently with him/her in the same household.
Stamp taxes of 5 percent included.
Choice of legal representation: the insurance company has the right to reject a lawyer proposed by the insured person. The insured person may then propose three lawyers from different law firms in the relevant jurisdiction, from which the insurance company can select the lawyer to be appointed.
Both parties can terminate the contract: at the latest 3 months before the end of the contract or insurance year. After every insured event for which a claim is payable.
Minimum contract duration: 3 years. The contract will automatically renew for another year unless termination notice is given 3 months in advance.
No waiting period. The insurance coverage will be granted after the commencement of the insurance.
No minimum amount in dispute.
Special coverage: Property law.
Exclusions (examples): Disputes that involve drugs or alcohol. If the driver was not authorized to drive the vehicle. When acquiring or re-acquiring a driver’s license.

Can be upgraded to the Legal Consultation Plus model for a higher premium. Inheritance law: up to 3000 francs.
