Benjamin Graham (1894-1976)

Benjamin Graham is considered to be the founder of the fundamental analysis.

His books, «Security Analysis» from 1934 and «The Intelligent Investor» from 1949, are classics that had a large influence on many following investors. After his first experiences on Wall Street, Graham founded an investment company with his partner Jerome Newman in 1926, which showed an average annual performance of 17% until it closed down in 1956.

As professor at Columbia University, New York, he taught Warren Buffett, among others.
