Premium version CSS myFlex Premium with various additional benefits. Coverage in Switzerland and abroad.
The insurer can terminate the contract at the latest 3 months before the end of the contract or calendar year.
There is a discount for taking out a 3- or 5-year contract. Damage-free discount. Premiums depend on various factors such as age, gender and place of residence.
Contribution to the cost of spectacle lenses, contact lenses and visual aids: CHF 300 per year from the age of 19.
Preventive and protective vaccinations: 90 percent of the costs are covered.
Preventive gynaecological examinations: 90 percent.
CSS-Check-up: 100 percent up to CHF 1800 every 3 years (the additional conclusion of the myFlex hospital insurance is necessary).
50 percent, maximum CHF 500 per calendar year.
The additional conclusion of the myFlex hospital insurance is a condition.
90 percent, unlimited in amount.

Cost contribution to sessions with CSS-approved psychologists: 75 percent, up to CHF 3000 per year.
