General information:

ERV Multi Trip Travel Comfort Insurance. Models "Individual" and "Family" available.
Vehicle assistance, deductible warranty for rental vehicles and language travel insurance are also available for an additional fee.
A travel insurance for single trips is available too (Single Trip and Single Trip Upgrade).
Only for persons resident in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Termination of contract:

The insurance is extended automatically if it is not cancelled at least 3 months before it ends.

Trip cancellation individual, maximum amount:

Search and rescue operations, maximum amount:

Premiums for young persons:

Trip cancellation insurance (comments):

Couverture au niveau mondial.
In the event of theft of personal documents or termination of employment or taking up employment: Limitation of benefits to CHF 10,000 per event and person (CHF 20,000 for families).
Additional costs caused by delayed departure are covered up to CHF 3000 per person.
Additional costs due to flight delay (at least 3 hours): CHF 1000 per person.

Not included in the insurance.

Accomodation & catering:

Assistance SOS Protection: Additional costs of an unplanned return journey are covered up to CHF 1500 per person (if a rental car is used, up to CHF 1500, no matter how many people use the rental car).

Interruption and replacement:

The unused part of the trip is covered up to the cancellation insurance amount (maximum CHF 10,000 per person, CHF 20,000 per booking for two or more people).

Luggage:

Up to CHF 2000 per trip (families: CHF 4000). Cover up to CHF 1000 per person during transport (maximum CHF 4000 per trip or per family).

Travel legal protection:

Up to CHF 250,000 in Europe, up to CHF 50,000 in all countries outside Europe.
No coverage in Switzerland.

Medical expenses:

Coverage for medical and hospital expenses up to a maximum of CHF 1,000,000.
For people who have not yet reached their 80th birthday.
No coverage in Switzerland.
Only for persons resident in Switzerland.
