I would like to open a thread about credit cards for Apple Pay in Switzerland. What is the current situation? Which cards does Apple Pay let you use?

At this point, you can use credit cards issued by Cornèrcard, Bonuscard (owned by Cornèr Bank), Swiss Bankers (prepaid cards) and Swisscard (American Express and Swiss Miles & More cards only).
The moneyland.ch credit card comparison makes it easy to find credit cards that work with Apple Pay. Just select the "Apple Pay" filter under "Services" to limit comparison results to cards from Apple Pay partners.
