Hi there,

Miles & More frequent flyer miles expire 36 months (3 years) after you earn them. The validity period of miles can be extended when certain conditions are met. For example, holding a SWISS Miles & More credit card and charging a miles-earning payment to the card every month extends the validity of all miles in your Miles & More account.
