I am interested in knowing if residents of Switzerland are required to pay wealth tax. If so, how high is Swiss wealth tax?

Unlike residents of the majority of countries in Europe, residents of Switzerland must pay wealth tax. However, wealth tax is only levied on a cantonal level and not on a federal level. Wealth tax rates vary broadly between cantons and wealth brackets.
